Job Summary: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment, conducting tests, recording service activities, and working in accordance with safety and quality standards. Work in compliance with safety and quality standards * Description: Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment, including technical cleaning, re-tightening, operational inspections, electrical and thermodynamic measurements, identification and replacement of defective components (compressors, electronic boards, sensors, valves, fans, etc.). The professional will also be responsible for conducting system operation and performance tests, recording performed services in the forms or digital systems used by the contracting company, and working in compliance with the company’s established safety, quality, and performance standards. Provide technical assistance, installation, maintenance, and modernization of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment in accordance with safety and quality regulations. Estimate service costs and prepare technical documentation. Specify materials. Carry out routines stipulated by the Maintenance Coordination Engineer and Supervisors.
