In this role, you will perform technical supervision, field inspections, lifecycle management of electromechanical, electronic, and electrical equipment, and oversee third-party service providers through on-site inspections, report preparation, spreadsheet control, and work order issuance. **This role requires you to perform the following activities:** * Conduct technical inspections according to the established plan to verify equipment usage and operational conditions; * Supervise equipment installation and/or decommissioning, as required, ensuring service quality; * Monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of equipment, taking necessary actions to ensure proper conservation and/or functionality; * Request materials and services to ensure timely execution of activities; * Control costs associated with your job responsibilities; * Prepare reports and SLAs for performed activities; * Contribute innovative solutions focused on modernization and cost optimization; * Monitor activity execution against the Maintenance Plan to eliminate/reduce plan non-compliance, equipment downtime, and incident frequency; * Implement measures for rational resource use to reduce costs. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Completed technical high school education; * Prior experience in these activities; * Proactivity; * Ability to interact and negotiate with multidisciplinary teams; * Attention to detail; * Interest in teamwork, collaborating proactively to resolve operational demands; * Demonstration of the RIOgaleão Team Member’s **GATE** attitudes: **G**rit and Determination, **A**utodevelopment, **T**eamwork, and **E**mbracing an Owner’s Mindset. **You’ll have an advantage if you possess:** * Leadership skills; * Process management capability; * Experience with projects, plants, and diagrams; * Experience with civil, electrical, mechanical, and electronic installations; * Process management skills and adaptability; * Systems operation experience; * Technical meeting facilitation; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience supervising large-scale operations. **Beyond this professional challenge, our opportunity includes a differentiated benefits package.
