Eneva in **Rio de Janeiro \- RJ** wants you on the team! \#VemSerEneva If you want to work as a **JUNIOR CIVIL ENGINEER**, we have a new challenge for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the technical development of civil engineering for Eneva’s new project developments, contributing to feasibility assessment, definition of assumptions, and formulation of conceptual civil solutions—with emphasis on safety, multidisciplinary integration, regulatory compliance, and decision support—under technical guidance and aligned with the company’s strategic guidelines. * Conduct feasibility studies and preliminary site analyses (topography, geotechnics, drainage, access routes). Assist in developing conceptual civil engineering and coordinating compatibility with other disciplines. * Contribute to the preparation and review of descriptive memoranda, assumptions, and technical documents. * Support quantity take-offs and preliminary CAPEX civil estimates. * Organize technical information, track pending items, and support interface coordination with designers, consultants, and internal departments. * Support the technical transition of projects into more advanced phases (EPC / Implementation). * Apply civil engineering fundamentals to energy projects (earthworks, drainage, foundations, infrastructure). * Read and interpret civil drawings with a multidisciplinary integration perspective. * Support quantity take-offs and preliminary CAPEX civil estimates. * Prepare and review technical documentation (descriptive memorandum, assumptions, conceptual reports). * Identify initial civil engineering technical risks during conceptual phases. * Technical integration with other disciplines (process, electrical, I\&C, mechanical, environmental, and land). **To apply, you must have:** Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering (preferred); Intermediate English is a plus; Proficiency in AUTOCAD is mandatory; Solid technical foundation in civil engineering and willingness for continuous learning. Organizational skills and attention to detail regarding data, drawings, and documents. Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment. Analytical mindset to identify initial risks and inconsistencies. Strong written and verbal technical communication skills. Responsibility, proactivity, and openness to feedback, working under technical supervision. Knowledge of Civil 3D and BIM is a plus.
