Job Summary: Industrial Refrigeration Technician with experience in maintenance and operation of industrial equipment, responsible for diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance, and system monitoring. Efficient diagnosis and problem resolution Requirements: * Diploma or technical course in refrigeration · Proven experience as a refrigeration technician, performing maintenance and operation of industrial refrigeration equipment. * Ability to diagnose problems and propose efficient solutions. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities: · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems, chillers, self-contained units, cold rooms, and split systems. · Conduct inspections of compressors, evaporators, and air blowers. · Operate and adjust system parameters according to process/logistics requirements. · Monitor performance and identify operational deviations in equipment (e.g., pressures, operating temperatures). · Replace refrigeration components—compressors, valves, piping—using oxyacetylene torches. · Investigate mechanical and electrical failures related to refrigeration systems. · Perform leak tests, vacuum tests, and refrigerant charging. · Align rotating equipment and perform mechanical adjustments. · Strictly comply with NR-13, NR-33, NR-35 regulations and internal industrial safety procedures. · Implement lockout-tagout (LOTO) during system interventions. · Complete service orders, technical reports, checklists, and maintenance history records.
