This recognition reflects our commitment to our collaborators’ well-being and our relentless pursuit of excellence and impact in everything we do. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** Provide technical support for performance verification and monitoring of concession contracts, including field surveys, data collection and analysis, calculation of performance indicators, preparation of technical reports, support for measurements, and participation in meetings with the granting authority and the concessionaire—ensuring information quality and technical compliance. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** Mandatory: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Sanitary Engineering * * Technical analytical capability and ability to prepare reports and expert opinions. * Willingness to travel for field inspections. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Desirable** Desirable: * Experience as a designer, consultant, supervisor, or executor of projects and construction works; * Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and visualization. * Experience in field data collection; * IT knowledge, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with maintenance plans; * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems. * Basic understanding of PPPs and concessions. **Skills** * Analytical ability and attention to detail; strategic vision; ethics and confidentiality in handling information; * Systems thinking; ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams; * Flexibility regarding working hours and travel; * Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality; * Project management knowledge; * Driver’s license, Category B.
