Aesthetic and visual narrative sensitivity Chai School is seeking a creative and organized professional to produce and manage the school's audiovisual content, documenting daily life, pedagogical activities, and institutional events through photography and video. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct daily photo and video coverage of school activities, including classes, projects, events, and routine moments. * Produce institutional visual records that communicate Chai School’s identity and pedagogical approach. * Operate photography, video, and audio recording equipment. * Edit photos and videos for use on social media, the school website, institutional materials, and communication with families. * Edit captions and organize content for publication across the school’s various channels. * Perform storage, cataloging, and maintenance of the audiovisual archive, ensuring organization and easy access to produced materials. * Maintain and care for photography, video, and audio equipment used during recordings. Requirements: * Proven experience in photography and video production. * Proficiency in image and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalents). * Technical knowledge of photography, video, lighting, and audio equipment. * Organizational skills for managing and archiving digital assets. * Strong aesthetic and visual narrative sensitivity. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment with interaction involving children and school staff. * Relevant educational background: * Communications (Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, or Radio and Television), Cinema and Audiovisual, Audiovisual Production, Photography, Design, or related fields; technical courses or specializations in photography, video, or audiovisual editing are also considered. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience producing content for social media and institutional communication. * Experience in educational environments or projects involving children. * Portfolio showcasing photography and video work.
