




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Communication Analyst to lead campaigns and institutional events, draft content, and support the management of the company's internal and external communications. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for institutional campaigns and events (internal and external), covering all stages from planning to execution. 2. Draft, review, and publish texts and news for internal and external channels. 3. Support the review and development of Communication and Brand standards and policies. We are looking for a **Senior Communication Analyst** to join our People & Culture team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead institutional campaigns and events (internal and external) across all phases—from planning to execution—including briefing preparation, schedule tracking, and overall review of deliverables for activation on internal and external company channels in coordination with internal and external communication agencies; * Draft, review, and publish texts and news for internal and external channels (Intranet, website, etc.); * Draft and disseminate internal and external announcements; * Support topic identification for internal and/or external publications and posts across company channels; * Update general information across internal and external institutional channels (Intranet, website, etc.); * Support the review and development of Communication and Brand standards and policies; * Monitor executed communication activities, preparing and updating reports on actions and publications across Corporate Communication channels; * Oversee production of corporate gifts, photography, printed materials, and general corporate kits in collaboration with external suppliers; * Monitor and manage supplier payments; * Promote volunteer initiatives aligned with the company’s strategy. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields** * Desired knowledge: English; image editing and layout tools (Adobe Suite—Illustrator, Photoshop); proficiency in writing and communication/marketing language; prior experience in communication roles, including content generation, execution of internal and external campaigns (including social media), project management, strategic communication planning, and crisis management activities. **Additional Information** Flexible Benefits (meal/food allowance) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Profit Sharing (PLR) Mobility Allowance Gympass Birthday Day Off Short Friday Hybrid Work Model (3 days in-office / 2 days remote) **About Evoltz** Founded in 2018, Evoltz operates eleven transmission lines totaling 3\.561 km, spanning 10 Brazilian states.
