Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketplace Analyst to manage and optimize sales on leading platforms such as Mercado Livre, Amazon, and Shopee, with a focus on growth and performance. Key Highlights: 1. Marketplace sales management and optimization 2. Competitive analysis and product positioning 3. Campaign and promotion optimization on platforms We are looking for a Marketplace Analyst to join our team and drive the management and growth of sales across major marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu, Shopee, among others). Responsibilities: \- Manage product listings on marketplaces (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, categories, prices); \- Monitor sales performance and key metrics (conversion rate, revenue, average order value, etc.); \- Analyze competition, pricing, and product positioning; \- Maintain relationships with marketplace channels (customer service, logistics, platform support); \- Optimize campaigns and promotions within platforms; \- Identify growth opportunities and channel improvements; \- Track performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.\- Google Ads, promotions, promotional campaigns, Shorts (videos) Requirements: \- Prior experience with marketplaces and e-commerce; \- Familiarity with platforms such as Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu, Shopee, etc.; \- Proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools; \- Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset; \- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields).
