Full management of social media. **Responsibilities and Duties** Plan, coordinate, and execute the term's communication strategy Manage social media platforms and the publication calendar Supervise the production and review of content for social media, speeches, videos, and institutional materials Coordinate coverage and direct communication for internal and external agendas Act as liaison and manage teams and vendors, including designers, videomakers, and promotion specialists Monitor metrics, evaluate results, and propose continuous improvements Organize workflows, define priorities, and ensure fulfillment of cabinet requirements **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements Excellent writing skills and broad knowledge base for strategic content production Strong planning, organizational, and leadership capabilities Knowledge of social media and public positioning Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic routine Preferred Qualifications Experience in public, political, or institutional communication Proactive, strategic profile with strong sense of urgency **Additional Information** Work location: Centro, Rio de Janeiro \- Carioca **We are an educational group** driven daily by fostering **student agency**.
