The Kriativa Group is a company specialized in creative and innovative marketing and communication solutions. With a multidisciplinary team, it offers services ranging from branding to digital content production. **Responsibilities:** List and update products on marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Leroy Merlin) and the company-owned website. Manage pricing, monitor competitors, and implement promotional strategies. Create and optimize promotional campaigns to increase sales. Respond to inquiries and provide customer service via digital channels. Track orders from sale to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met. Monitor sales metrics and prepare performance reports. Integrate processes with inventory, shipping, and finance departments to ensure efficient operations. Position based in Duque de Caxias / RJ. Previous experience as an E\-commerce Analyst, E\-commerce Coordinator, Online Sales Assistant, or E-commerce Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
