Your responsibilities will include: * Coordinating restaurant operations during your shift; * Leading, engaging, and developing the store team; * Actively supporting operational tasks—rolling up your sleeves alongside the team; * Managing financial controls: cash closing, report analysis, and bank reconciliation; * Ensuring daily operations: store opening and closing, sales monitoring, goal management, and team meetings; * Exemplifying the right attitude, outstanding customer service, and commitment to results. What we require: * Completed High School education; * Availability to work morning and afternoon shifts; * Retail experience is considered a plus.
