### **Join Vik Tech!** ### **We are seeking a mid-level analyst responsible for managing janitorial and facilities operations, ensuring preservation, proper functioning of common areas, and full integration with asset and operational security.** **Position:** Mid-Level Administrative Analyst **Work Model:** 100% on-site **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Work Location:** Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro. ZIP Code 22250\-145 **Prerequisites:** * Degree in Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Occupational Safety, or related fields. * Proven experience in janitorial management, facilities management, building maintenance, and supporting asset security routines. * Proficiency in management tools and reporting (Excel, dashboards, management systems). * Knowledge of occupational safety and hygiene standards; access control, security patrols, and operational risk prevention; emergency procedures (evacuation, fire, first aid); **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate cleaning, preservation, and building support teams * Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical, plumbing, structural) * Manage inventory, materials, and third-party suppliers * Conduct periodic inspections and ensure quality standards * Collaborate with asset security: patrols, access control, incident logging, and risk checklists * Support Corporate Security, Fire Brigade, and Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) * Prepare operational and security reports * Promote sustainability practices and conscious resource usage **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with facilities management systems, building security systems, building inspections, and/or operational risk management Certifications in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance * **Our Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance (VR/VA); * Transportation allowance (VT); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance fully covered by the company; * Total Pass; * Vik Discount Club; * Birthday day off; If you are analytical, organized, and enjoy working in dynamic and collaborative environments, this opportunity may be ideal for you!
