




Job Summary: Manage the schedule, monitor emails, organize documents, assist in meetings, and maintain records to support Manager Liziane. Key Highlights: 1. Point of contact for internal and external communication **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and organize Manager Liziane’s schedule, including scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments, meetings, and client visits. * Monitor and respond to professional emails, prioritizing messages and replying to simple and routine requests. * Screen administrative requests, escalating more complex matters to the manager as needed. * Assist in organizing documents, files, and administrative information. * Draft, review, and distribute internal and external communications upon request. * Track deadlines, commitments, and pending administrative tasks. * Provide support in organizing meetings, schedules, and corporate events. * Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and administrative systems used by the company. * Serve as a point of contact to facilitate communication between the manager and other departments. **Expected Competencies** Organization and attention to detail.
