We seek a professional with restaurant management experience, leadership profile, and operational vision, capable of leading the team and ensuring the restaurant’s smooth daily operation. Responsibilities: Manage restaurant operations, ensuring service quality, team organization, and compliance with company standards. Lead front-of-house, kitchen, delivery, and operational support teams. Organize staff schedules, monitor employee performance, guide the team, and promote an organized and productive work environment. Support recruitment, training, and team development processes. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and service standards. Be actively present on the floor, supporting the team and resolving customer-related issues as needed. Requirements: Proven restaurant management experience. Leadership profile, organizational skills, accountability, and strong communication abilities. Ability to work under pressure and make daily operational decisions. Experience managing teams and handling restaurant operational routines. Restaurant management system experience is desirable. Completed high school education (college degree is a plus).
