Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring efficient restaurant supply, guaranteeing quality, appropriate cost, and alignment with standards to optimize financial performance. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate closely with internal teams and support inventory management **Job Objective** Ensure efficient supply across a group of restaurants, guaranteeing quality, appropriate cost, delivery reliability, and alignment with each establishment's standards, directly contributing to COGS control and the business's financial performance. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and control purchases of ingredients, beverages, and materials for all group units; * Consolidate unit requirements, considering historical consumption, sales forecasts, seasonality, and available stock; * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms, delivery timelines, order volumes, and quality; * Develop and maintain a supplier database, ensuring consistency and competitiveness; * Monitor pricing, fluctuations, and cost-saving opportunities, proposing actions to reduce costs without compromising quality; * Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, finance, and operations teams to align procurement, consumption, and billing; * Support inventory management, stocktaking, and loss control, contributing to waste reduction; * Continuously identify new suppliers, products, and opportunities that add value to the group. **Desired Qualifications** * Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing—preferably within restaurants, hospitality, or food and beverage industries; * Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills; * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks; * Effective communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams; * Familiarity with inventory controls, purchase orders, and procurement systems.
