Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks, draft beer, and other beverages according to house standards; * Provide courteous and efficient counter service at the bar; * Perform bar mise en place (ingredients, utensils, and organization); * Monitor and signal the need to restock beverages and supplies; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar counter, equipment, and draft beer dispensers; * Follow technical sheets, recipe standardization, and waste control; * Support the dining room team when necessary; * Comply with hygiene, safety, and good practice standards. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience as a Bartender or Bar Server; * Basic or intermediate knowledge of mixology and classic cocktails; * Speed, organization, and strong communication skills; * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; * Commitment, punctuality, and teamwork. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Bartending or Mixology course; * Experience operating draft beer dispensers and handling high-volume service; * Familiarity with suggestive selling and increasing average ticket value.
