Job Summary: Responsible for system governance and management, leading strategic SAP MM initiatives technically, managing projects, and developing the team. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for technically leading strategic initiatives and serving as the SAP MM subject matter expert, while also managing projects, support activities, and technological evolution—driving efficiency in procurement, logistics, inventory, and tax-related processes. Also play a critical role in IT team development, cross-functional integration, and stakeholder and vendor relationship management—ensuring deliverables align with business goals. Requirements: **Key Responsibilities:** Technically lead projects and strategic initiatives (SAP and non-SAP) Participate in corporate system governance and integration management Ensure efficiency of procurement, logistics, inventory, and tax-related processes (SAP MM) Manage projects (scope, timeline, cost, and quality) Provide support, continuous improvement, and technological innovation Manage vendors (AMS, consulting firms, and partners) Promote process automation and optimization Support troubleshooting and functional analysis (debugging and logs) Act as a liaison between business areas, operations, and IT Develop and technically mentor the team **Technical Requirements:** Solid experience in SAP MM (Customizing / SPRO) Experience with Procurement / Purchasing processes Knowledge of Logistics (Inventory Management) Experience with WMS (SAP WM/EWM) Knowledge of integrations with other SAP modules (especially MM/FI) Experience with SAP S/4HANA (implementation and/or migration) End-to-end Procure\-to\-Pay (P2P) experience Knowledge of tax and fiscal processes applied to procurement Experience with Strategy Release (release of requisitions and purchase orders) Knowledge of Workflow / Flexible Workflow Experience with SAP Fiori Knowledge of integrations with SAP PS module Functional analysis and troubleshooting capability Experience in SAP project management **Behavioral Requirements** Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams Consultative profile with strategic vision Technical leadership and mentoring capability Organization, sense of priority, and results orientation Stakeholder engagement and coordination ability **Preferred Qualifications** Certifications: SAP MM, ITIL, PMI or related Experience in complex, multi-unit corporate environments
