Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and Duties** **IT PROJECT MANAGER** **Your day-to-day will include**: * Managing the implementation of ITSM tools and asset management systems (Automatos); * Managing the implementation of automation and operational improvements; * Leading process audit activities across various processes implemented by the company; * Preparing reports, monitoring corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities, and participating in improvement projects; * Monitoring business process performance, identifying and evaluating non-conformities and their impacts on processes and customers; * Analyzing and proposing necessary modifications to various IT control processes to correct or prevent issues and ensure compliance with specified requirements for these processes; * Preparing and conducting internal audits of production processes to ensure quality effectiveness across processes; * Drafting audit reports to identify conformities and non-conformities in processes; * Performing follow-up and validation of implemented corrective/preventive actions to ensure process maintenance effectiveness relative to procedures and quality requirements for these processes; * Coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating process audit results, and guiding activities related to action plan completion to ensure compliance with established procedural requirements; * Developing or reviewing documents or records related to Quality support areas; * Acting as a knowledge multiplier, providing technical support to peers; * Seeking new technologies and processes relevant to the area of expertise through participation in studies, thereby enabling the development of new technical competencies; * Reviewing whether documents have been created or revised, approving or rejecting documents in the system according to defined criteria, to ensure documents comply with the standardization defined by the Quality Management System; * Verifying whether calibration certificates meet defined criteria, to ensure certificate records comply with process and certification requirements; * Ensuring activity controls align with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and LGPD requirements; * Requirements analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Qualifications:** * ITSM and asset management tools; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Techniques for reading and interpreting process mapping; * Techniques for identifying root causes of non-conformities and implementing corrective actions; * Process control based on ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and LGPD requirements; * Experience implementing ITSM tools; * CMDB management (creation, maintenance, and updating); * Managing the ITSM vendor regarding system updates and catalog line management; * Creating, maintaining, and updating catalog lines; * Defining SLAs for internal department support; * Presentation techniques; * Completed undergraduate degree. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break). **NOTE:** Hey!
