Job Summary: We are seeking a PMO Consultant to support SAP project portfolio management, ensuring visibility, control, and continuous improvement of processes. Key Highlights: 1. Our goal is to deliver the best experience for you, respecting your lifestyle and promoting well-being. ### **Responsibilities** * Support SAP project portfolio management, ensuring visibility and control over: + Timelines + Costs + Scope * Implement and maintain: + Project management methodologies + Standardized templates + Performance indicators (KPIs) * Conduct critical analyses of project status and propose corrective actions. * Facilitate communication among: + Business units + IT + Vendors * Prepare executive reports and dashboards to support decision-making. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of project governance processes. ### **Requirements** * Proven experience as a PMO Consultant in SAP projects. * SAP S/4HANA migration experience * Knowledge of project management methodologies: + PMI + Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) * Familiarity with SAP modules and their interdependencies. * Excellent skills in: + Organization + Analysis + Communication * Technical English is desirable. * Availability for on-site work in **Rio de Janeiro**. **Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging** At Capgemini, you can be who you are.
