Specialized technical support in a bilingual context (Portuguese/English) ### **Position Description** We are looking for a **Senior Bilingual Infrastructure Technician** to work in a critical operation within a highly technological environment and with continuous interaction with global teams. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of IT environments, proactively identifying and resolving incidents, as well as providing specialized technical support in a bilingual context (Portuguese/English). ### **Main Responsibilities** * Provide infrastructure support and maintenance (Level N2); * Monitor critical environments to ensure high service availability; * Perform troubleshooting for incidents related to networks, servers, and systems; * Administer Windows and/or Linux environments; * Manage and track tickets using ITSM tools; * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance routines; * Support continuous improvement and environment optimization initiatives; * Collaborate with international teams, delivering support and reporting in English; * Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation. ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking) — **essential**; * Prior experience in infrastructure support (Level N2); * Knowledge of: * Networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP); * Windows and/or Linux operating systems; * Active Directory; * Monitoring tools; * ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow, GLPI, etc.); * Experience in mission-critical corporate environments; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco); * Experience in industrial or highly regulated environments; * Experience in 24x7 operations; * Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V); * Cloud experience (Azure, AWS). ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Clear and assertive communication (including in English); * Sense of urgency and accountability; * Proactivity and autonomy; * Organization and priority management; * Teamwork and multicultural collaboration. ### **Additional Information** * Work in a critical and dynamic environment; * On-site presence required; Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
