If you are hands-on, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow with us, this role is for you. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Lead the operator team and ensure alignment across tasks, safety, and maintenance. * Monitor the scooter fleet and dispatch maintenance when required. * Track operational metrics and propose improvements. * Deliver top-tier (10/10) user service and provide guidance on scooter usage. * Ensure full compliance with local regulations and internal rules. * Manage logistics: plan routes, collection, distribution, and optimize processes. * Communicate effectively with other departments and respond swiftly to emergencies. * Manage batteries: inspect, replace, and recharge — keeping all records accurate and organized. **Work Schedule:** * 6 days on, 1 day off per week \+ 1 Sunday off per month *Note: Android smartphone is mandatory* *Join us and be part of the future of urban mobility with JET!*
