Manage inventory and propose process improvements We are seeking a **Logistics Supervisor** to manage the company's logistics operations, ensuring organization, efficiency, and on-time delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise **receiving, warehousing, order picking, and shipment of goods** * Monitor and guide the **logistics operations team** * Track product inflows and outflows in inventory * Ensure warehouse organization and adherence to logistics processes * Monitor performance metrics and propose process improvements * Support delivery scheduling and cargo control **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (bachelor’s degree in **Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields** preferred) * Experience in **logistics and team management** * Knowledge of **inventory control and logistics processes** * Leadership, organizational, and proactive mindset **Job Details:** **Work Location:** Guaratiba – RJ **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Salary Expectation:** To be provided during application **Benefits:** * On-site lunch * SESC membership Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications: *Logistics, Bachelor's Degree
