




Job Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and guide sales promoter teams to ensure in-store activity execution and monitor performance and targets. Key Highlights: 1. Fieldwork and alignment with clients/markets **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, supervise, and guide the sales promoter team; * Ensure execution of activities at the point of sale (POS); * Monitor results, targets, and KPIs; * Conduct field visits and align with clients/markets; * Prepare reports and provide feedback to the team. **Requirements:** * Experience coordinating external teams; * Experience working with sales promoters and in-market operations; * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; * Willingness to perform fieldwork. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in trade marketing or POS operations. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Willingness to travel Transportation Allowance (VT), Meal Voucher (VR)
