Monitor goals and KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, NPS, productivity). Conduct meetings, provide feedback, and deliver weekly training sessions. Ensure service quality and visual presentation of the store. Manage inventory, test-ride scheduling, and performance reports. Strategically engage in local partnerships and relationship-building initiatives.
