Abler is a company specialized in technological solutions and innovation. It offers services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Administer and motivate the team, creating an environment that fosters collaboration and goal achievement. Monitor goals and KPIs (revenue, conversion rate, NPS, productivity). Conduct meetings, provide feedback, and deliver weekly training sessions. Ensure service quality and visual presentation of the store. Manage inventory, test-ride scheduling, and performance reports. Strategically engage in local partnerships and relationship-building initiatives.
