Job Summary:
A professional responsible for coordinating and executing all stages of the warehouse material receipt, storage, organization, and control process, ensuring product integrity and traceability.

Inherent Job Responsibilities:
Receive, request authorization, delegate, coordinate, monitor, and verify the material receipt process for warehouses
Verify all received products for nomenclature, coding, quantity, validity, and integrity
Verify all products leaving the warehouse for nomenclature, coding, quantity, validity, and integrity
Distribute, guide, and supervise material loading, unloading, and storage, ensuring orderly and safe stowage to meet requisitions promptly and appropriately, while ensuring accurate recording of entries and exits for control and traceability
Store items in an organized and orderly manner
Organize inventory by segmenting product families, manufacturers, and goods according to Management’s strategies
Provide customer service by delegating necessary actions
Confirm inventory levels and product integrity upon request from Sales or Management
Perform cyclic inventory counts
Define and implement appropriate storage and identification methods for materials as directed by Management
Maintain department infrastructure to ensure a clean, well-lit, and organized environment
Update the daily attendance log
Review the schedule of authorized orders to proactively secure space availability for receipt and storage
Pack and unpack items and goods for storage
Identify products requiring assistance and report material defects to supervisors
Keep the storeroom and inventory clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Maintain up-to-date inventory records
Apply FIFO and FEFO for all products, as well as other inventory control methods
Interact with carriers and customers; \u2022 Coordinate teams for sector maintenance and conservation, including waste, cardboard, and empty bag removal
Compensation: R$2\.128,52 per month
