**What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education. * Technical training in construction, technology degree, engineering, or architecture is a plus. * Commercial experience and relationship-building with construction industry professionals (construction sites, retail, or building materials industry). * Practical knowledge of civil construction or relevant coursework. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset. * Ability to handle unexpected situations promptly. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Manage your portfolio of professional clients by acquiring new clients and maintaining regular contact with existing ones to ensure personalized service and close relationships, enabling identification of their needs (profession, upcoming projects, future construction phases, replenishment requirements, etc.). * Provide in-person or remote support (via phone, WhatsApp, email, etc.) during store operating hours, supported by the store team, ensuring professional clients’ orders are properly prepared. * Visit construction sites when necessary to assist professional clients in product selection and purchase planning. * Proactively offer services, promotions, clearance items, and opportunities to professional clients both in-person and remotely. * Monitor sales KPIs and gross margin on sales (GMS) in the HI system, actively drive store performance and collaborate with your supervisor to define actions for improving sales. * Prepare and submit standardized purchase quotations in accordance with established pricing and discount policies, ensuring profitable, timely, and agile project fulfillment aligned with professional clients’ needs.
