Monitor goals, KPIs, and team performance. Ensure proper product display at point-of-sale (POS) locations. Organize and supervise store layouts and thematic campaigns. Conduct visits to units / POS locations as needed. Provide strategic and operational support to achieve commercial results. Contribute to team development and continuous process improvement. Sales are focused on decorative items, stationery, and children's toys.
