Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your key challenges as an INTERNAL CONSULTANT FOR HUB EXPANSION include:** * Identifying New Partners: Converting potential partners interested in launching new EAD hubs (leads provided by the Intelligence team); * Expanding Hubs for Education Providers: Supporting and guiding education providers in expanding and developing their existing hubs; * Performance: Achieving individual monthly targets for each consultant and the department’s collective monthly target; * Partner Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with current partners and referrals; * Ensuring all new hubs meet Estácio’s minimum required infrastructure standards; * Proposals: Presenting partnership proposals to prospective education providers and partners; * Marketing Campaigns: Collaborating on planning and executing marketing campaigns for the entire area, as well as promoting your individual professional profile (individual initiative to generate new leads). **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Sales experience (both proactive and reactive); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in the Education sector is a plus; * Driver’s license categories A and B are a plus; **Additional Information** Work Location: Downtown Rio de Janeiro (RJ).
