




If you identify with and love fashion: ViX Paula Hermanny is looking for an E-commerce Manager. **Key responsibilities:** ü Lead the **E-commerce, Performance Media, and SEO** areas, aligning objectives for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. ü Define and execute the digital strategy, focusing on **revenue growth, profitability, and brand positioning** across online channels. ü Manage a multidisciplinary team, promoting **technical development and transition toward a more strategic team.** ü Monitor **performance KPIs**, CAC, ROAS, average order value, and LTV. ü Liaise with internal departments (CRM, branding, product, logistics) and external vendors (agencies, platforms). ü Continuously optimize the **digital customer journey**, implementing initiatives focused on conversion, UX, and personalization. ü Oversee paid traffic campaigns, technical and content SEO strategies, and the e-commerce commercial calendar. ü Responsible for website functionality, navigation, and usability—resolving daily operational issues; ü Analyze inventory to enable products according to receipt; ü Generate sales performance, revenue, and product reports; analyze collection behavior, sales analysis and forecasting, preparing reports and presentations; ü Plan purchases per collection, define product mix in partnership with Sales through behavioral analysis by group and subgroup and proposed targets; ü Upload marketing-provided clippings to the website; ü Support on more specific customer service (SAC) matters; ü Analyze and suggest products and discount percentages for clearance sales. **Requirements and qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; Experience in the fashion segment is desirable; Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint or Canva, and e-commerce platforms VTEX and Shopify; English language proficiency is desirable. **Work location:** São Cristóvão — 100% on-site.
