Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for developing and executing the company's CRM strategy, managing customer relationship programs, customer segmentation, and personalized campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the CRM strategy and customer relationship management. 2. Develop and implement communication and relationship automation. 3. Collaborate with various internal teams. Develop and execute the company's CRM strategy. Manage customer relationship and loyalty programs. Define customer base segmentation strategies. Plan relationship, retention, reactivation, and purchase recurrence campaigns. Manage the CRM platform and its integrations with other company systems. Monitor customer behavior metrics and journey. Develop strategies to increase Lifetime Value (LTV) and reduce Churn. Create personalized campaigns using behavioral data and purchase history. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, Operations, Technology, and Data teams. Manage the quality and updating of the customer database. Develop communication and relationship automation. Analyze campaign results and propose continuous improvements. Manage CRM-related technology vendors and partners. Ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Prepare executive presentations and metrics for senior management. Lead and develop the CRM team. Participate in defining the company's commercial strategies.
