Negotiation and closing of procedures with patients Commercial Coordinator – Medical and Dental Clinic | North Zone – RJ We are looking for a results-oriented, leadership-driven Commercial Coordinator to directly support the growth of the Dental department in our clinic. We seek a dynamic, strategic professional with experience in the dental sector, capable of developing the team and boosting commercial performance. Main Responsibilities: \* Lead and monitor the performance of the commercial and dental teams \* Develop strategies to increase sales and treatment conversion \* Serve as the clinic’s primary negotiator, conducting negotiations and closing procedures with patients \* Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and team results \* Organize and manage professionals’ schedules \* Handle recruitment and relationship management with dentists \* Deliver commercial training and guidance to the team \* Prospect and develop strategic partnerships \* Provide support to dentists to enhance outcomes and conversions. Requirements: \* Proven experience in dental clinics \* Experience managing teams and commercial targets \* Leadership, negotiation, and results-oriented profile \* Bachelor’s degree preferred (in progress or completed) Compensation: We work with salary expectations.
