Focus on results and customer experience We are looking for a Bar Manager with leadership qualities and strategic vision to ensure operational excellence, quality standards, and departmental performance in a high-volume, dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the bartender and bar assistant team; * Ensure compliance with preparation, presentation, and service standards; * Manage inventory, product expiration dates, and ingredient storage; * Monitor departmental KPIs (sales, losses, and waste); * Plan staff schedules and organize bar operations; * Train and develop the team; * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and compliance with sanitary regulations; * Support the Shift Manager in operational execution. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Bar Manager or in a leadership role within the bar industry; * Technical knowledge of mixology and bar operations; * Experience in high-volume environments; * Leadership profile and decision-making ability; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including night hours. **Desired Profile:** * Organizational skills and operational awareness; * Proactivity and accountability; * Focus on results and customer experience; * Strong communication and team management skills.
