You will join the Data \& Technology team of SAF Botafogo, directly contributing to the club's digital transformation. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining corporate data solutions (marketing, CRM, merchandising, fan membership) and integrating them with SAP, ensuring stable support for Procurement and Finance departments, while building a unified fan view (Customer 360\) and advancing the club’s Football Data Driven (FDD) strategy. Join our team! \#SAFBotafogo \#VamosBotafogo **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide daily functional and technical SAP support (FI/CO and MM modules), including master data management, workflow monitoring, report generation, and incident/demand resolution for Procurement and Finance departments; * Develop and maintain corporate data pipelines covering ingestion, transformation (ETL/ELT), and delivery of data for analytical consumption; * Perform system integrations (SAP, CRM, marketing platforms, e-commerce, and merchandising) to enable a unified Customer 360 view and facilitate cross-analysis with financial/operational data; * Build and enhance analytical models using best practices in modeling (dbt \+ Kimball approach), orchestrate pipelines with Airflow, ensure data quality using tools such as Soda, and deliver visualizations via Power BI; * Store, process, and analyze data in cloud environments, with emphasis on Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery and other GCP services); * Automate processes and infrastructure using tools like Terraform, CI/CD, and scripts in Python and SQL; * Actively contribute to the development of the club’s data platform, generating data-driven insights to support corporate and sporting decisions, in alignment with the Football Data Driven (FDD) strategy; * Prepare technical documentation, conduct training sessions for business areas, and collaborate closely with stakeholders; * Provide support on match days, events, and activities held at the arena. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related fields; * Solid experience in data engineering (ETL/ELT, pipelines, data modeling); * Functional and/or technical knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/MM modules, daily support, incident resolution); * Proficiency in SQL and Python; * Advanced English; * Experience or strong interest in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery; * Familiarity with modern tools: dbt, Airflow, Terraform, CI/CD, Soda (or similar); * Best development practices: code versioning (Git), testing, and documentation; * Collaborative, organized profile with excellent communication skills and proactivity when interacting with business areas; * Genuine interest in continuous learning and working within a football club ecosystem. **You stand out if you have:** * Practical experience with SAP in corporate environments (support or integration projects); * Experience building Customer 360 or integrating fan/customer data; * Knowledge of SAP \+ cloud automation and/or sports data integration (scouting, performance, biometrics); * Prior experience in agile environments, multidisciplinary teams, or data-driven projects; * Familiarity with Power BI, Kimball modeling, and/or Football Data Driven concepts; * Experience with sports data will be considered a major advantage. **Additional Information** Here, “playing together” also means caring for those both on and off the field.
