Since then, we've lived and breathed burgers every day—offering fresh ingredients, exceptional service, and a cozy atmosphere that truly makes a difference. Today, we operate **27 locations across São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro**, spreading artisanal burgers and good vibes everywhere! **The Role's Challenge:** The **Store Manager** is the primary leader of the unit, accountable for daily operations and business outcomes. Your mission is to uphold Cabana’s three core pillars: **High-Quality Food** **Exceptional Service** **A Welcoming Environment** You’ll act both strategically and hands-on—leading people, monitoring KPIs, managing processes, and strengthening Cabana’s culture. We seek someone who serves as a behavioral role model, maintains strong field presence, and practices **human-centered management**, ensuring a well-trained, engaged, and brand-aligned team. You’re also responsible for the unit’s **profitability**, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and achievement of targets. **What You’ll Do Here:** **Leadership \& People** * Lead and develop coordinators and team members, fostering a positive, high-performance environment; * Conduct training sessions, weekly briefings, and monthly meetings focused on alignment, recognition, and engagement. **Operations \& Daily Routine** * Ensure full store operations (dining area, kitchen, and delivery); * Supervise processes, equipment maintenance, and updates to the **Cabana Board**; * Maintain active presence during peak hours, working side-by-side with the team. **Inventory \& Costs** * Closely monitor inventory, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and waste; * Perform weekly and monthly inventories; * Execute strategic orders (proteins, Ecolab, draft beer, disposables, and utensils); * Ensure daily entry of inventory counts into the **Store Portal**. **KPIs \& Results** * Monitor operational, financial, and people-related KPIs; * Analyze reports and develop action plans; * Report results and opportunities to the Operations Manager. **Quality \& Safety** * Ensure hygiene best practices, food safety standards, and compliance with health and labor regulations; * Supervise product standards, expiration dates, storage conditions, and store cleanliness. ✨ **Customer Experience** * Serve as guardian of the Cabana experience; * Respond swiftly to service or product issues. **HR \& Communication** * Act as the liaison between the store and corporate departments; * Ensure execution of marketing campaigns; * Support HR routines: Onboarding via platform Timekeeping and tip system administration* Offboarding procedures Scheduling shifts, days off, and vacations * ️ * Track people-related metrics (turnover, absenteeism, and working hours). **What We’re Looking For** ✅ Proficiency in operational KPIs (COGS, revenue, NPS, turnover); ✅ Experience with restaurant routines (kitchen, dining area, and delivery); ✅ Clear, empathetic, and motivating communication ️ ✅ Analytical mindset, with data-driven decision-making ✅ Hands-on, people-oriented leadership aligned with our people-first culture Interested in this opportunity and ready to join our **Great Team**?
