Strengthen organizational culture and manage performance evaluation systems Retailer of electronic products and home appliances seeks a Manager in Rio de Janeiro (Flamengo). **Responsibilities:** Plan and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including job and compensation policies, career development, competency-based performance evaluation, and talent management. Conduct recruitment and selection processes for strategic and operational positions, implement training and development programs, and manage succession planning: Strengthen organizational culture, ensuring the company's values and mission are reflected in People & Management policies and practices. Implement and manage competency-based performance evaluation systems, promoting continuous feedback and professional development. Conduct Organizational Climate Surveys, administering questionnaires, presenting results, and monitoring action plans. Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and minimizing resistance. Develop internal marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing department: Use data to analyze HR trends and metrics to support evidence-based decision making. Previous experience as Director, Coordinator, Supervisor, or Team Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
