Portfolio management and long-term relationship building Select High Clients Specification Country: Brazil You will be responsible for managing consolidated Select client portfolios, delivering hybrid service and comprehensive financial advisory with a focus on profitability, relationship building, and customer retention. **Key Responsibilities** • Deliver consultative service by alternating between digital and in-person channels as needed; • Conduct personalized financial planning, advising on portfolio composition; • Develop upgrade opportunities to Select Ultra High; • Identify upgrade and performance growth opportunities. **Behavioral and Technical Competencies** • Strong analytical ability and financial recommendation skills; • Negotiation and active listening skills; • Close portfolio management involvement; • Ability to build long-term relationships; • Investment acumen. **Education/Certifications** • CPA 20 (mandatory); • Completed undergraduate degree; • Technical knowledge in credit, investments, and financial planning.
