




Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial and building electrical systems, including batteries, panels, motors, circuit breakers, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), transformers, and lighting, as well as conducting inspections and specifying materials. Conducting inspections and issuing technical reports Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on battery banks; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CDC panels (load distribution centers) and CCM panels (motor control centers) (low- and medium-voltage) and busbars (ducts, synchronization busbars, and other busbars in the electrical system). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on terminal block boxes and junction boxes (CBTs and JBs) in industrial areas; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on power circuit breakers and contactors (low- and medium-voltage); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on inverters and static switches; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on overhead cranes; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric motors and motor starters; * Perform maintenance on motorized valves; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and rectifiers. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on grounding grids and SPDA (lightning protection systems); * Preventive and corrective maintenance on oil-immersed and dry-type transformers, lighting, and outlets. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on frequency converters for motors; * Corrective and preventive maintenance, replacement, and installation of cable trays, ladder racks, cable tray covers and ladder rack covers, and conduits. * Building electrical maintenance and installation, including cable routing, device installation (outlets, switches, and lighting points), and installation of raceway systems (conduit and cable tray systems). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance (low- and medium-voltage) on overhead networks and corrective maintenance on underground networks; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the UTGCAB lighting system, including luminaires, electrical panels, conduits, and wiring. * Perform thermography and monitoring. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric heaters; * Conduct inspections of the UTGCAB electrical system and issue technical reports. * Specify industrial materials, components, and equipment based on SAP/ERP system records. Requirements: Education: Technical Diploma in Electrotechnology / Electrical Engineering Minimum Experience: 5 years in industrial mechanical fields, verified via CTPS (Employment Record Book) and/or prior employer’s declaration. CTP (Technical Certificate of Registration) must be valid and up to date
