Comprehensive support for customers and patients Clínica da Gávea is a network of services dedicated to providing comprehensive, integrated mental health care—and assistance to individuals suffering from alcohol and other drug abuse and dependence—through humanized, high-quality service and the application of best practices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and provide support services to customers and patients; * Welcome customer requests in person, by telephone, email, and WhatsApp; * Maintain organization within the work area; * Guide customers according to institutional protocols, ensuring appropriate information flow; * Record and maintain data in systems and Excel spreadsheets; * Accurately complete documents required for patient care; * Open outpatient files; * Register customers and companions; * Notify the nursing team upon patient arrival; * Answer telephone calls for appointment scheduling; * Organize patient care processes; * Direct customers to appropriate services; * Contact health insurance providers by telephone; * Receive patients, identify their needs, and refer them to the appropriate location or professional; * Verify bed availability; * Communicate with health insurance providers to authorize inpatient stay days; * Request inpatient admission and transfer services; * Review interface reports between nursing and reception; * Print reports; * Perform other duties related to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in internal and external customer service; * Experience in reception roles; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** * SESC membership benefits; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Gympass membership; * Health insurance plan for employees.
