Here, we believe in collaboration, open dialogue, and the power of doing things differently. **Responsibilities and Duties** Welcome patients with empathy, cordiality, and attentiveness from the moment they arrive at the clinic; Conduct initial intake, identifying needs and providing personalized support; Guide patients on procedures, appointment times, required documents, and clinic workflow; Clarify questions regarding consultations, exams, referrals, and other services; Process authorization of medical orders with health insurers (via systems such as TISS or specific platforms); Collect payments for private consultations, including issuing receipts and managing payment records; Accompany patients throughout their journey, ensuring comfort and peace of mind; After consultation, assess their experience and offer additional support if needed; Serve as a liaison between patients and the medical/administrative team, promoting clear communication; Receive and organize documents, correspondence, and exam results; Assist with administrative tasks such as completing forms, filing, and updating registration records; Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional reception area. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education (a university degree in health, humanities, or hospitality is a plus); Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills; A welcoming, empathetic, and proactive attitude; Experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare settings; Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in humanized patient care; Familiarity with the Tasy system; Basic knowledge of outpatient management systems; Participation in hospitality or customer experience training programs. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance: R$42.00/day (with a nominal monthly deduction of R$1.00) * Transportation Benefit * Birthday Day Off * Health Insurance (no payroll deduction) * Dental Insurance (no payroll deduction) * Total Pass (wellness and physical activity) * Discounts with educational institutions * Leve Corporate University We are **Leve Saúde**, the healthtech operator that launched in Rio de Janeiro in September 2020, dedicated to people over 45 seeking high-quality, affordable healthcare.
