Here, we believe in collaboration, open dialogue, and the power of doing things differently. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Welcome patients empathetically, courteously, and attentively from the moment they arrive at the clinic; * Conduct initial intake, identifying needs and providing personalized support; * Guide patients on procedures, schedules, required documents, and clinic workflow; * Clarify questions regarding appointments, exams, referrals, and other services; * Process authorization forms with health insurers (via systems such as TISS or specific platforms); * Handle private-pay patient visits—including issuing receipts and managing payments; * Support patients throughout their journey, ensuring comfort and peace of mind; * After consultations, assess the patient’s experience and offer additional support if needed; * Serve as a liaison between patients and medical/administrative teams, promoting clear communication; * Receive, organize, and file documents, correspondence, and test results; * Assist with administrative tasks such as form completion, archiving, and updating records; * Maintain a clean, organized, and functional reception area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills; * Welcoming, empathetic, and proactive attitude; * Experience in public-facing roles, preferably within healthcare settings; * Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with humanized patient care; * Familiarity with the Tasy system; * Bachelor’s degree in health, humanities, or hospitality fields is a plus; * Basic knowledge of outpatient management systems; * Participation in hospitality or customer experience training programs. **Additional Information** * Meal Voucher: BRL 42.00/day (with a nominal monthly deduction of BRL 1.00); * Transportation Voucher; * Birthday Day Off; * Health Insurance (no payroll deduction); * Dental Insurance (no payroll deduction); * Total Pass (wellness and physical activity); * Discounts with educational institutions; * Leve Corporate University.
