Contributing to the implementation of the 5S methodology in the workplace Overhead Crane Operator II **Date:** Jan. 21, 2026 **Location:** Rio de Janeiro, BR **Company:** Ternium **Activity Description:** * Remove hot slabs from pallets arriving from continuous casting * Position slabs in yards according to cardinal orientation as instructed * Remove cold slabs onto hot or cold pallets destined for the loading yard or conditioning area * Ensure correct slab positioning according to established standards to guarantee accurate cardinal positioning in the WMS system * Position slabs in storage areas, cutting beds, and scarfing beds, complying with cardinal orientation determined by the WMS system or radio instructions, as well as current safety requirements * Position and remove slabs for longitudinal cutting on the subdivision machine * Remove cutting scrap from subdivision tables and cutting beds to scrap bays or directly into off-road trucks using an electromagnet * Clean conditioning beds and scrap bays upon request using an electromagnet * Move parts and general equipment when requested * Complete equipment data record reports * Identify and report any anomalies observed during operations * Contribute to the implementation of 5S methodology activities, involving: Usage, Organization, Cleaning, Standardization, and Discipline in the workplace.
