Job Summary: Responsible for issuing purchase orders, controlling, receiving, inspecting, and storing all materials and equipment for construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Receive and inspect materials delivered to construction sites 2. Organize and maintain the construction site warehouse 3. Control fixed assets at the construction site **Job Mission:** Responsible for issuing purchase orders, controlling, receiving, inspecting, and storing all materials used on construction sites, including machinery, tools, and equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and inspect materials delivered to construction sites; * Distribute materials for use on-site via internal material requisition forms; * Open inventory control cards for each received item, based on supplier invoices and/or transfers, accurately recording quantities in the appropriate fields: incoming, outgoing, and balance, as applicable; * Complete and classify invoices using ACAP (Purchase Allocation and Payment Authorization); * Prepare monthly reports on material stock status in the warehouse; * Notify the site engineer of materials required in the weekly procurement schedule; * Arrange urgent purchases requested by the site engineer; * Track material distribution using material delivery slips; * Organize and maintain the construction site warehouse in a condition suitable for inventory verification and stocktaking; * Provide data to supplement the construction site diary; * Be responsible for controlling fixed assets at the construction site and completing all related forms. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Excel; * Proven experience in this role within the civil construction industry. **Preferred:** Experience with SAP system **Location:** Penha
