**Job Details**

**Requirements:**
---------------
* Education: Completed High School.
* Experience in administrative activities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
**Responsibilities:**
---------------
* Process timekeeping records for the nursing staff using ApData;
* Enter overtime hours when necessary;
* Assist/receive nursing staff members and clarify questions regarding payroll records;
* Prepare and complete forms and documents such as: COREN spreadsheet, CNES registration, employee information registration form, tardiness, leave, and absence control spreadsheet, among others;
* Answer telephone calls;
* Respond to emails;
* Digitize nursing department shift schedules, including those for coordinators and supervisors;
* Maintain updated and organized document files and folders;
* Provide general administrative support to the nursing team

\- Work schedule: 220 hours per month (5 days on, 2 days off) \- Monday to Thursday \- 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
