A national HR solutions company focused on recruitment and selection across all levels and sectors, operating in several Brazilian states through partnerships. **Responsibilities:** Perform foundation work activities. Interpret structural reinforcement drawings and technical plans. Cut, bend, and assemble steel reinforcing bars according to specifications. Assemble and position rebar for beams, columns, slabs, and foundations. Tie reinforcement bars using wires and appropriate tools. Verify measurements, spacing, and alignment of rebar. Prepare reinforcement assemblies for concrete pouring, ensuring proper fixation. Collaborate with carpenters and masons during structural execution. Follow safety regulations and correctly use PPE. Organize and maintain work materials and tools. Assist in controlling and storing reinforcement materials at the construction site. Previous experience as a Carpenter, Mason, Structural Assembler, or Construction Helper may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. Completed elementary education required.
