Join R2PHARMA! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform administrative and/or technical operational processes, solving problems of moderate complexity. * Maintain up-to-date information and organized documentation within your work area, contributing to operational efficiency. * Carry out mechanical/electrical/refrigeration maintenance routines on production-area equipment, laboratories, and offices to ensure proper functionality. * Act as liaison with third-party maintenance technicians to ensure adherence to departmental routines. * Perform installation services for production machinery and equipment, executing various routine tasks. * Conduct technical analysis of tools, materials, and *spare parts* required for maintenance routines, identifying suppliers and presenting technical proposals for procurement. * Weekend shift rotation with the technical team when necessary. * Work within the Engineering and Maintenance department responsible for preserving equipment and civil infrastructure; * Support and collaborate with the Group RPH Engineering Coordination in implementing and monitoring new equipment and infrastructure maintenance processes at the Group RPH facility; * Apply expertise to develop, improve, and update preventive maintenance routines; * Monitor and support third-party technicians responsible for maintaining equipment under third-party maintenance contracts; * Study equipment technical manuals and assist in determining maintenance priority decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Completed technical education; * Preferred: pursuing undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
