We guarantee service quality by valuing our employees—always with a smile and dedication—being ALWAYS CLOSE TO YOU! **FUNCTION MISSION:** Support the management of all services provided by bars, restaurants, kitchens, and events, and professionally attend to all guests during their stay in accordance with the Vila Galé standard. **YOUR PROFILE:** Completed or ongoing Technical or Higher Education in Hospitality, Gastronomy, Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in computer applications and hotel systems and/or software from an end-user perspective. Basic knowledge of culinary technical terms in English and/or Spanish. Knowledge of Food Safety and HACCP standards. Relevant experience in the hospitality sector, preferably in medium- and large-scale establishments. Experience in restaurants, markets, and buffets will be considered. Customer orientation, teamwork spirit, focus on employee training, resource management, high sense of responsibility and urgency, strong communication skills, organizational ability, rigor, resilience, and creativity **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Directly and indirectly manage Food & Beverage services offered across various hotel outlets. Onboard new employees. Plan activities according to seasonal requirements. Order supplies to ensure food production and service delivery. Control purchases, inventory, and stocktaking within the Food & Beverage department.
