





Job Description: We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Recruitment and Selection Assistant to support our team in managing end-to-end hiring processes. This person will play an essential role in identifying talent and creating a positive candidate experience throughout the selection journey. Main Responsibilities: * Support job posting dissemination across various sourcing channels; * Screen resumes and contact candidates; * Schedule interviews and provide logistical support during the hiring process; * Conduct competency-based interviews and administer assessments when necessary; * Maintain updated records in recruitment spreadsheets and systems; * Assist in preparing area performance reports and metrics; * Provide feedback to candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the selection process. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Previous experience (including internships) in recruitment and selection processes; * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Organized, with priority management and proactive attitude; * Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with recruitment platforms (Gupy, Kenoby, etc.); * Experience handling high volumes of operational or strategic roles; * Interest in career development within Talent Acquisition.
