Part of Raiz Educação since 2017, Sá Pereira was founded in 1948 by Maria Luiza Jaguaribe, Antônio and Nayde Sá Pereira as the “Sá Pereira Little Music School.” It quickly evolved into an arts center, broadening its scope across artistic languages.
Several years later, Sá Pereira restructured its educational proposal, progressively introducing Early Childhood Education and Elementary School I. In 2010, we launched Elementary School II. Throughout this journey—filled with learning, growth, and achievements—we have never abandoned our roots, believing firmly in art as a powerful tool for developing sensitivity, enabling expression of creative potential, fostering self-confidence, and nurturing the desire to achieve fulfillment as social, historical, and cultural beings.
