





**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide consultative customer service with courtesy, technical expertise, and clarity; Sell prescription eyeglasses and safety glasses with prescription lenses; Explain technical features of products and lenses; Track orders, verify products, and coordinate billing with the laboratory; Handle after-sales service and customer retention, including eyeglass maintenance and adjustments; Maintain store organization and a positive work environment; Participate in training sessions and support commercial initiatives; Strengthen customer relationships and brand credibility. **REQUIREMENTS:** Essential requirements: Experience in sales and customer service; Professional demeanor, clear verbal communication, and goal-oriented focus; Availability for full-time employment during standard business hours.
