Intermediate and/or advanced knowledge of computer applications and hotel systems and/or software from an end-user perspective. Fluency in a second language (preferably English or Spanish). Prior experience in this role aligned with the hotel’s profile or in departmental management such as F&B or Front Office is desirable. International experience and operational roles are considered advantageous. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Directly support the management of all operational and administrative departments (where applicable). Supervise and directly support the Quality Department in its initiatives and represent management in certification processes when required. Directly support the Human Resources Department in designing and implementing activities focused on employee motivation and development. Participate in promotional, marketing, and human resources initiatives. Act as substitute for the General Manager when necessary.
